We provide pricing in accordance with the Ordinance on Minimum Attorney Fees for the most commonly offered services. For other services, please refer to the respective Ordinance.

Consultations

Oral consultation, including checks in judicial and administrative institutions: €51.13 / BGN 100

Drafting of Written Contracts

For drafting: written contracts, notarial deeds for ownership, sale, exchange, donation, mortgage, superficies and easements, out-of-court settlements, as well as acts based on factual verification, fees are determined based on the value of the respective contract or act:

a) for value up to €511.29 / BGN 1,000 – €127.82 / BGN 250
b) for value from €511.29 / BGN 1,000 to €5,112.92 / BGN 10,000 – €127.82 / BGN 250 + 3% of the amount above €511.29 / BGN 1,000
c) for value from €5,112.92 / BGN 10,000 to €51,129.19 / BGN 100,000 – €255.65 / BGN 500 + 2% of the amount above €5,112.92 / BGN 10,000
d) for value from €51,129.19 / BGN 100,000 to €511,291.90 / BGN 1,000,000 – €1,175.97 / BGN 2,300 + 1% of the amount above €51,129.19 / BGN 100,000

Litigation

Fees for representation in civil cases:

Labor cases – €76.69 / BGN 150. In cases for unlawful dismissal and reinstatement, the fee shall not be less than the minimum monthly salary for the country at the time of engagement.

Civil cases based on material interest:

For cases with more than two court hearings, each additional hearing is charged €127.82 / BGN 250.

For insolvency cases, the fee is calculated based on the value of claims, but not less than €766.94 / BGN 1,500.

For partition cases, fees are based on the client’s interest but not less than €766.94 / BGN 1,500 per phase (or €383.47 / BGN 750 for agricultural land cases per phase).

For proceedings related to securing future claims, issuance of writs of execution, and payment orders, fees are calculated based on half of the claimed amount.

Retainer agreement for ongoing legal services – €409.03 / BGN 800 per month (court appearances are charged separately).

Consulting services – €61.35 / BGN 120 per hour.

For other services, an individual inquiry is required.

For preparation of documentation for participation in public procurement procedures, tenders, and concession procedures, fees are determined based on the value of the respective procedure.

For appeals against decisions in public procurement procedures, fees are based on the value of the procedure, but not less than €766.94 / BGN 1,500.
